Terms of Service
By becoming a member of our site, you accept, declare and undertake that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the user agreement.
1. PARTIES
This Bolmax User Agreement, consisting of this agreement and documents referred to in the agreement which are integral parts of it (hereinafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), has been prepared between Bolmax and the User who becomes a member of the Site, for the purpose of the User's membership to the Site, and at the moment of approval by the User in the electronic environment where the relevant Site is located.
2. DEFINITIONS
Bolmax is an add-on for the "Counter Strike" game. In this agreement, the Bolmax program will be referred to as "program", the Counter Strike game will be referred to as "game", and bolmax.co will be referred to as "site". Real or legal persons who become members of the Site and benefit from the services offered on the Site under the conditions specified in this agreement will be referred to as "user".
3. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of the User Agreement is to determine the services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from these Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
4. MEMBERSHIP AND SERVICE USE CONDITIONS
Membership is completed when the registration process is confirmed by Bolmax after the required information is submitted for membership to the Site. To become a member of the Site, you must be of legal age and must not have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by Bolmax.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Users agree and undertake to act in accordance with all the conditions in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant sections of the Site, and all applicable legislation while using the Site's Services.
6. PRODUCT CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
According to the Turkish Republic Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, the regulation does not grant a right of withdrawal for instantly performed services. For example, in immediately downloaded and used software and programs, consumers cannot use the right of withdrawal to return the product and request a refund.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Bolmax does not sell, rent or use personal data submitted by site visitors through forms (email address, date of birth, etc.) to third parties in any way.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All elements of the Site (including but not limited to program, design, text, image, HTML code and other codes) are owned by Bolmax and/or used under a license obtained from a third party by Bolmax.
9. AGREEMENT CHANGES
Bolmax may change this User Agreement at any time it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion and unilaterally, by announcing it on the Site.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
In all cases legally considered as 'force majeure', Bolmax is not liable for any delay, incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations determined in this User Agreement.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Turkish Law shall apply in the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising within the provisions of this User Agreement. Konya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for all disputes arising from this User Agreement.
12. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
This User Agreement will remain in effect as long as the User is a member of the Site and will continue to have effect between the parties; it will be deemed terminated when the User's membership period expires or when the membership is temporarily or permanently suspended.
